While we have only had one basement waterproofed, this was the best. The initial assessment was very informative and comparative in different processes. They walked tge property and asked our expectations and made recommendations. Intially estimated to take up to three days but they were done in one day 0700-1500. The next day a hurricane came through central Pennsylvania and our family was doing our standard basement flood watch because the concrete hadn't fully dried and cured yet. It's been 18 months and we haven't had a drop or hint of moisture since. Everyone on the team was polite, courteous and respectful.
